The ControlTemp CT100 Standard Tamper Proof Thermostats allows the landlord to limit the tenants ability to set the thermostats to extreme temperatures. The CT100 thermostats has a max Heat set point of 72 and a min Cool set point of 75. This thermostats Needs to run on a 4 time period a day, 7 day a week schedule. Works with most HVAC systems, including single and mulit stage conventional and heat pump systems as well as heat only and cool only systems. Does not work with electric baseboard heat.
